Tommy Shelby is a ghost of his former self. Living in self imposed exile in a decaying country manor, he is a reclusive “immortal man” haunted by the spirits of his daughter Ruby and his brother Arthur. Tommy spends his days attempting to write his memoirs to find catharsis, while the world burns around him.
